Stitch It Quick SEO Case Study: August 2024–August 2026
Stitch It Quick is a Colorado custom-apparel business whose website supports public shoppers, dealer experiences, product variations, checkout options, and local business information.
Stitch It Quick launched its website in August 2024, according to Ted. This case study follows the launch-to-review story through August 2026, while the first available Google Search Console evidence begins on March 31, 2025.
The two-year story and the measurement windows are not the same: this case study does not invent Google Search Console performance from the August 2024 launch through March 30, 2025, or after July 30, 2026, and it does not describe the first available day as a before-work baseline.
Instead, it frames the overall case study from August 2024 through August 2026, documents the exact available Google Search Console window from March 31, 2025 through July 30, 2026, and uses two matched recent periods for the headline comparison.
Third-party Semrush snapshots dated May 2024 and July 31, 2026 add supporting historical visibility context, but they remain separate from Google’s first-party measurements and do not fill the gaps in the Google Search Console window.
The two-year story and the first measurable search period
The website launch-to-review story runs from August 2024 through August 2026. Within that two-year period, the available Google Search Console report covers March 31, 2025 through July 30, 2026, beginning about seven months after the August 2024 launch and ending before the August 2026 review point.
For that exact period, Google Search Console reported approximately 7.09K clicks, 217K impressions, a 3.3% average click-through rate, and an average position of 16.7 for the sc-domain:stitchitquick.com property.
Those totals describe only the exact March 31, 2025–July 30, 2026 Google Search Console measurement window, not the full August 2024–August 2026 story and not an increase from a pre-launch or pre-engagement baseline.

Website work documented in the project records
Saved Stitch It Quick work records contain dated entries from April 30, 2024 through June 8, 2026 across ecommerce, dealer access, checkout and contact paths, and local business information.
These records establish what work was documented, but they do not show which task produced a particular search result.
Step 1: Build out the product and catalog experience
The records document public product questions and variations, shop and category organization, product-variation image handling, product syncing, rush-order checks, and inventory-planning work involving WooCommerce, Katana, and Clover.
This work supported an ecommerce catalog with multiple products and ordering conditions without establishing a direct causal link to any ranking or traffic change.
Step 2: Separate public and dealer paths
The records document dealer login and portal requirements, dealer roles and redirects, public-versus-dealer product visibility, dealer checkout behavior, and shared-inventory and gallery requirements.
That scope reflects the need to serve distinct audiences through the same site while keeping their access and purchase paths separate.
Step 3: Maintain checkout, contact, and local information
The records document pickup planning, checkout and payment behavior, phone-number requirements, thank-you-page messaging, Flux Checkout work, dealer payment toggles, special-request and contact-form requirements, and call, text, and contact routing.
They also document Google Business Profile and phone updates, address and location-page changes, Arvada move messaging, Google Business Profile duplicate, merge, and suspension work, and Yelp address updates.
These entries support a description of the work performed, but they do not establish leads, orders, revenue, or task-level SEO causation.
Recent Google Search results
The strongest comparable result comes from Google Search Console’s matched latest-three-month and previous-three-month periods.
For May 1 through July 30, 2026, Google Search Console reported approximately 1.71K clicks, compared with 1.43K clicks for January 30 through April 30, 2026.
Calculated from Google Search Console’s rounded display values, that represents approximately 19.6% more clicks in the later period.
Google Search Console also reported 55.4K impressions for May 1 through July 30, 2026, compared with 52.4K for January 30 through April 30, 2026, an approximate increase of 5.7% based on the rounded display values.
Average click-through rate was 3.1% for May 1 through July 30, 2026, compared with 2.7% for January 30 through April 30, 2026, a gain of 0.4 percentage points.
Average position was 11.6 for May 1 through July 30, 2026, compared with 11.5 for January 30 through April 30, 2026, a slight 0.1-position worsening that is effectively flat at the displayed precision.
| Google Search Console metric | January 30-April 30, 2026 | May 1-July 30, 2026 | Change from rounded display values |
|---|---|---|---|
| Clicks | 1.43K | 1.71K | Approximately +19.6% |
| Impressions | 52.4K | 55.4K | Approximately +5.7% |
| Average CTR | 2.7% | 3.1% | +0.4 percentage points |
| Average position | 11.5 | 11.6 | 0.1 position worse; effectively flat |

Historical Semrush visibility context
Semrush provides a separate, third-party view of estimated organic visibility around the August 2024 site launch, using its exact May 2024 and July 31, 2026 snapshots as supporting context.
In the Semrush Domain Overview for the stitchitquick.com root domain, US database, and desktop device, the May 2024 historical snapshot showed 0 estimated organic traffic and 2 ranking organic keywords.
The same explicitly scoped Semrush report dated July 31, 2026 showed 654 estimated organic traffic and 249 ranking organic keywords.
May 2024 is a dated historical snapshot before the August 2024 launch, but it is not a proven pre-engagement baseline because saved project records contain work entries dated April 30 and May 24, 2024.
The Semrush comparison therefore supports a descriptive visibility change, not a claim that all of the difference resulted from the documented work.

A two-year launch-to-review story with stronger recent search results
The August 2024–August 2026 launch-to-review story includes measurable Google Search visibility, but the first-party evidence supports only its labeled March 31, 2025–July 30, 2026 Google Search Console window.
In Google Search Console’s matched recent-period comparison, the later period produced more clicks, more impressions, and a higher click-through rate while average position remained effectively flat.
That combination supports a careful conclusion: Google Search generated a stronger recent result without evidence of a broad average-position improvement during the same comparison.
The records also show sustained work on the website’s product, dealer, checkout, contact, and local-information systems, but neither Google Search Console nor Semrush identifies which task caused the observed changes.
Methodology, sources, and limitations
The Google Search Console figures came from the authenticated Performance on Search results report for the domain property sc-domain:stitchitquick.com, with Web search selected and no additional filters visible.
The full available report covers March 31, 2025 through July 30, 2026, while the matched comparison covers May 1 through July 30, 2026 against January 30 through April 30, 2026.
The Google Search Console evidence was captured on August 1, 2026, and totals displayed with K are rounded, so percentage changes calculated from them are approximate.
The Semrush figures came from the authenticated Domain Overview for stitchitquick.com, Root Domain, US database, and Desktop device, using a May 2024 historical snapshot and a current report dated July 31, 2026.
Semrush estimates organic visibility and does not measure Google Search Console clicks, site users, leads, orders, or revenue.
A separate Semrush Home/Folders summary showed 6 estimated traffic and 21 keywords without an equally explicit captured date and scope, so this case study does not blend that card with the detailed Domain Overview’s 654 estimated traffic and 249 keywords dated July 31, 2026.
The August 2024 launch date was supplied directly by Ted, and this case study’s launch-to-review narrative runs through August 2026. The available Google Search Console record is narrower: it begins on March 31, 2025, ends on July 30, 2026, and contains no measurements for August 2024 through March 30, 2025 or after July 30, 2026.
The May 2024 Semrush snapshot predates the stated site launch but cannot be treated as a pre-engagement baseline because the saved work record includes entries dated April 30 and May 24, 2024.
The work scope was drawn from the saved Google Drive records Stitch It Quick - SIQ - Web Updates and SIQ Gates Notes.
Neither Google Search Console, Semrush, nor the saved work records establishes task-level causation or verifies leads, orders, revenue, or return on investment.
